Panne code erreur COL 99 ?

Bonjour
Je suis complétement novice en la matière et je rencontre un problème avec une machine à sous BALLY . L'afficheur indique le Code C.O.L. 99 .
Est ce quelqu'un connait et pourrait m'aider ?

Hello,

Selon le guide, 99 = Severe Failure (recoverable) essaie de faire une reset key (tourner la clé sur le côté)
