- Ends when you drain, run out of time, or select Retreat.
- Complete shot lanes to light "Rampage or Retreat" at the Kong Cave.
- Complete shot lanes to add +1X to the Retreat cashout value.
- Select Rampage to stay in the mode, add time, and reset shots keeping their shot value and multiplier.
- Select Retreat to cash out the value shown.
- Selecting Rampage reduces the time added each time it is selected.
- Selecting Retreat earns a Map Segment.
- NYC Event - Window Shopping
- Added this new mode where Kong searches buildings looking for Ann.
- Shoot Climb arrows to light a Red Arrow Jackpot.
- Climb arrows needed to light the Jackpot will increase +1 each Jackpot.
- Biplane ramp when the Jackpot is not lit will spot a Climb arrow.
- Biplane ramp when the Jackpot is lit will +1X the Jackpot multiplier.
- Jackpot multiplier resets after every Jackpot collected.

- Once a mode / modifier is used it will not be available for the next NYC Event.
- Map Segments
- Map Segments are collected to complete Treasure Maps.
- Once a map is completed it will now light the Kong Cave shot to start Treasure Hunts.
- Multiple Treasure Hunts can be lit at the Kong Cave and will be started at the Kong Cave once the previous Hunt is complete.
- Treasure Hunt
- Starts at the Kong Cave when the the Kong Cave flasher is flashing.
- One Gold arrow is lit at random.
- Shoot the Gold arrow to follow the map to the treasure.
- Treasure Hunts can run in the background of all other modes.
- If you drain out of a Treasure Hunt, it ends and that Treasure is lost.
- During Treasure Hunts other Map Segments can still be collected.
- Treasure Hunt Perks:
- Map 1 - Boost Super Kombos, Super Spinners, Super Rapids, Super Cave Target mode timers by 15 seconds.
- Map 2 - 2X Total Bonus for rest of game.
- Map 3 - Player starts each ball at max Log Bridge action button uses.
- Map 4 - Easier Playfield X. (all targets lit instead of at one at a time)

- T-Rex Battle - Biplane ramp now spots random T-Rex arrows.
- NYC Events - Limited flip modifiers now remove flips when the flipper button is released so that the last flip can be held indefinitely.
- Building Climb - Now only lights NYC Events when completing 300ft, 600ft, 1000ft windows. Mini-wizard will light at 1200ft eventually.
- Building Climb - Light Extra Ball award has been moved from 400ft, to 200ft.
- Building Climb - Map Segment award added at 700ft.
- Kong Multiball - Choreography added when the Kong mech stops the ball on the tracks there is a matching video clip on the LCD and associated "Look Out" callout.
- Kong Mech - Kong will move back to a neutral position when the ball enters the train and doesn't want to capture the ball.
- Lost Temple - Adding new sound effect, lamp effect, and speech when the Lost Temple lights a cypher target to be collected.
- Lost Temple - Shooting the lit cypher drop target will now spot a drop target bank completion for progress on Light Kong Lock, King Kombos.
- 2X Playfield - Standup target roving time increased from 1 second to 3 seconds so there is more time to aim for and shoot the active target.
- 2X Playfield - Allowing X targets to be hit in wizard modes now.
- King Kombos - Total will be skipped if there are other modes running.
