Petite expérience perso, je voulais commander une backglass chez Mad mais comme il n'y a pas de possibilité de paiement en ligne, j'ai envoyé un mail.
Le même Mike m'a répondu :

Here are the accurate shipping options and details to send (1) backglass to France:
-EMS Express (with tracking # and insurance, averages 5 business days to arrive from when the order ships)- $98.25
-Priority International (customs label # for dispatch and arrival reference; no detailed tracking, includes insurance, averages 10 business days to arrive from when the order ships)- $82.60
When you confirm the shipping method, I will send you the total and the payment details to make it easy to pay for the parts and shipping.
Please Note: We can no longer accept Paypal for any order totaling more than $250.00 with shipping. We can only accept payment by a bank wire transfer or Western Union in US funds for orders exceeding $250.00 with shipping.
