Concernant le ventilateur bruyant c'est également normal ne vous en faîtes pas:I understand your concerns regarding the dimples and scratches on the playfield. However, dimples and scratches in a playfield’s surface have and always will be considered normal for pinball. Our Quality department has viewed the pictures and came to the same conclusion. A thicker and shinier hard coat which is used today will shows more dimpling compared to a game made years ago with a thinner duller hard coat. Variations in game design, art and the use of LEDs to illuminate the playfield also effect dimpling and its visibility.
As indicated on the cover of our manuals. Game play will result in playfield dimpling as the harder steel ball contacts the wood and coating; over time multiple dimples will blend to make them less noticeable. Play levels out hard coat dimples. A game on route which will receive more plays in its lifetime than a home use game will tend to level out sooner.
